1. Acceptance

By using the Al-Qirsh application or an operational account linked to it, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. Accounts are issued to approved wholesale customers and operations staff; they are not public self-registration.

2. Approved accounts

• Customer accounts are created or invited by authorized staff.
• Staff accounts are created by a system administrator.
• You are responsible for password confidentiality and for activity on the account.
• A temporary password must be changed at first sign-in.
• An account may be restricted or suspended for misuse or operational reasons.

3. Accurate business information

The customer and sales staff must keep the shop name, contact person, mobile number, address, and area as accurate as practical. Coordinates support visits and delivery; they do not replace operational checks.

4. Products, availability, and pricing

Catalog products, prices, and quantities are for wholesale ordering and may change with stock, policy, and multi-unit packaging. On-screen availability is not an unconditional delivery commitment if stock runs out or the order is refused during processing.

5. Orders

Submitting an order creates an order request pending processing. It enters the approval, preparation, loading, and delivery workflow according to operational roles. Submission alone does not complete a sale and does not create an unconditional delivery obligation.

An order may remain pending, be edited the same day under the app’s rules, be cancelled depending on status, be rejected, or be assigned to a run sheet.

Promo codes apply under each offer’s rules and may be refused if no longer valid.

6. Amendment, cancellation, and fulfillment

Changes or cancellation after submission depend on order status and role permissions. Fulfillment depends on stock, the distribution path, and field visits where required.

7. Promotions

Promotions are optional and may be limited by time, products, or usage caps as shown in the app.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Attempt to access an account or data you are not authorized to use.
• Misuse or spoof location tracking to fabricate visits.
• Enter misleading customer or order data.
• Disrupt the service or extract data unlawfully.

The account may be suspended for violations.

9. Intellectual property

The app interface, marks, and operational copy belong to the Al-Qirsh operator or its licensors. You receive only a limited license to use an approved account.

11. Limitation of liability

The app is a wholesale-ordering operations tool. We do not warrant uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by applicable law we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages from outages, a refused order, or stock shortage, without affecting any separate commercial agreement.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The dated version above is the one offered in the app and on the public site.

13. Governing law

If the value shows as pending confirmation, the legal owner has not yet fixed the jurisdiction in the release records.
