Delete account and data

Primary path: open the Al-Qirsh app while signed in, then Account → Request account and data deletion.

How to request deletion

• From the signed-in app (the request is bound to your account).
• Or contact Pending confirmation / Pending confirmation / Pending confirmation with the mobile number on the account so staff can verify you.

What is deleted or anonymized

Personal account data that is not required for legal obligations, such as login identity and the user-to-shop link.

What may be retained and why

Order, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, security, and dispute records, and operational field history where needed. Disabling an account alone is not deletion.
